Tracy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Georgia State University. Though her initial dream was to become a teacher, her career path led her into the business world after high school. However, her passion for teaching never faded, and she eventually left her corporate career to focus on raising and educating her three sons.
Over the years, Tracy has gained a wealth of teaching experience through homeschooling, substitute teaching, and leading classes at local co-ops, Classical Conversations, and Community Christian Academy. She especially enjoys teaching teens, as seen in her popular Summer Study Skills workshops. Currently, she is focused on classical pedagogy, refining her teaching techniques for students in the Logic stage.
Married to her high school sweetheart since 1996, Tracy treasures the adventure of raising her three boys. She recently graduated her twins after 14 years of homeschooling and is preparing to graduate her youngest in two years.
In her free time, Tracy enjoys coffee, reading, crafting, gardening, and watching movies. She has a lifelong fascination with aviation, NASA, and fighter jets, even flying an Air Force C-130 flight simulator and engaging in a thrilling air-to-air dogfight in an Air Force T-34.
Tracy’s favorite scripture, Romans 8:28, has been her anchor since childhood: “For I know that all things work together for good to them who know the Lord and are called according to His purpose.” This verse reflects her faith in God’s plan, even through life’s challenges.
